Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All physical items are printed upon order and standard shipped via designated carrier. Shipping times may vary but please allow 2-3 business days for printing + processing and 3-10 business days for shipping. 


All orders placed Monday - Friday before 1pm ET (excluding holidays) begin processing on the same day. If you place the order after 1pm ET, we begin processing the next business day. 


FREE Standard Freight delivery method is currently only available in the 48 contiguous United States.

Returns:

All items are custom print and not not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if your item was lost or damaged in transit, let us figure out how to make that right. Please contact me at hbrowncreates@gmail.com and include photographs and/or video of the damages and we will evaluate next steps.
